Lisandub kohalik lend Jakatast festivalilinna. See võib olla paarisaja € rinfgis.
Kokku ikka alates 1000 €
Kohapeal majutus (kolmesed-neljased; kaheseid pole), toitlustus 3x päevas, ekskursioonid, vastuvõtud, kohalik transport, giid - see on kõik tasuta.
Välisministeeriumi andmetel võivad Eesti kodanikud viibida Indoneesias viisavabalt kuni 30 päeva, pass peab kehtima vähemalt 6 kuud riiki saabumise kuupäevast.

The Festival will held on 18 to 24 July 2019,
All international groups must arrive on 17 July and depart on 25 July 2019.

About The Group
All groups must not exceed 20 members including officials, musicians and performers. The ratio of Officials / Performers is 10 / 90 percent. Age of the performer must over 16 years old. Those groups with more the 20 persons must notify the Organizer and where necessary be prepared to pay for their own expenses.

Activity Programs

1. Opening and closing ceremony.
2. Outdoor and indoor performances.
3. Cultural exchange/workshop and collaboration program.
4. Exhibition.
5. Visit cultural and tourism places.
6. Gathering.
7. Reception.
8. Gift exchange.
9. Parade.
10. Street Performance.
11. Plant tree.

Performance Program

Invited group must be able to prepare a 3, 10, 15, 30 and 40 minutes show which include folk dances, folk songs, instrumental traditional music and teaching the audiences to dance one or two of the most popular dances of the group / national identity.
NB! 20 liikmelisse tantsrühma gruppi peavad mahtuma ka muusikud! Salvestatud muusika ei sobi!
Performances at indoor and outdoor. Some venues have dance stage and some on the floor / road pavement. The same situation is applicable at the hotel venue. Basic on stage, off stage and lighting facilities are provided by the Organizers.
Dance Street performance is daily between 16.00 to 17.30 hours and other performance from 19.30 to 22.30 hours. Each group is encouraged to carry out their own sound check before their performance.
The final program will be issued a month before the invited groups arrives Indonesia.
